Our process is all about making sure your logo stays put and your QR codes scan perfectly, so you don’t get let down when it matters most.
- Useful tools for service: We will always steer you towards items that staff will actually want to grab mid-service – metal openers, bar mats, pourers – so your branding stays in rotation and doesn’t just end up in a drawer.
- Clear branding areas: We select products with decent branding areas so your artwork doesn’t end up cropped or too small to read. We want to make sure your brand is seen clearly, even when the item is being used behind a busy bar.
- Long-lasting engraving: We often recommend engraved options on stainless parts. Engraving doesn’t flake off when you’re wiping kit down, meaning your branding stays visible and looks quality after repeated service.
- Durable finishes: Our range leans into materials and printing choices that can handle spills and cleaning, so you don’t end up with a product that looks tired or peeled after the first busy shift.
- Fast lead times: We know event dates can be tight. We keep quicker-to-produce options available (often 5-10 working days from proof approval), so we can usually make something work even if the deadline is close.
- UK-made options: We include UK-made lines where possible, as local production can help reduce shipping delays and ensures consistency when you need to place a repeat order.
- QR code ready: We think QR codes are really powerful, so we pick products with flat branding areas (e.g., 94 x 94mm or larger) big enough to print a code that actually scans under bar lighting.
Our Bar Accessories Range
- Non-slip serve station: We use the Premium Bar Mat as a benchmark because the black rubber underlay stops the mat moving around on a wet bar, and the 390 x 190mm full-colour top keeps your branding readable across the whole station.
- Two-sided message space: We recommend the Beer Mat when you need room for a QR code and a clear call to action. Full-colour print on both sides means you’re not betting everything on one face staying up all night.
- UK-made cup protection: We chose the Cup Covers because they solve a real event problem – spills and contamination – while the 61 x 61mm digital print area keeps your branding visible on a product people will use repeatedly.
- Permanent spout branding: Our spec for the Wine Pourer uses stainless steel with engraving on the spout, so the branding doesn’t rub away when you’re wiping down between serves.
- Tough gift-box lid: Our approach with the Seasons 4-Piece Wine Set is to lean on an engraved bamboo lid (120 x 40mm). This avoids the scuffed, scratched look you can get when big printed areas take knocks in transit, ensuring it lands well with the recipient.
- Pocket-wear resistant opener: We recommend the Bravado Heavyweight Executive Bottle Opener because the solid body feels great quality in the hand, and engraved handle branding stays crisp even if it’s being carried in a pocket shift after shift.
