It’s really important that when you’re putting your logo on clothing, it’s going to last.

We know that branded hoodies and sweatshirts are huge for company culture right now, but they have to survive the weekly wash and still look sharp.

We steer clients away from the thin fleece that twists or shrinks, and instead, we select garments that we know will hold their shape and keep your team looking professional.

Fleece Weight Control: We look closely at weight tiers (roughly 260-440gsm) to ensure the fabric holds its shape. If your team is wearing these day-to-day, you don’t want them twisting or pilling after a few washes. It makes it much easier for you to keep uniforms looking consistent without constantly replacing them.
Wash-Proof Embroidery: For branding, we often suggest high-stitch embroidery (often up to ~7K stitches) for chest logos. It looks really smart and doesn’t crack or peel like some prints can after a tumble dry. Whether it’s for workwear or a welcome pack, this keeps your branding looking sharp without you having to worry about how staff are washing them.
Proof-Checked Placement: Our processes are very tight. We provide a visual sign-off before production, and we check the run to ensure placement and sizing are consistent. If you’re ordering uniforms or adding personalised names, this takes away the risk of off-centre logos. We want to make sure it lands well every time.
Repeatable Size Runs: We pick ranges with inclusive sizing – often XXS through 5XL – so that the next order matches the last. If you’re adding new starters over time, this reduces the headache of shade shifts or fit changes. It’s about making sure everyone feels part of the team with kit that fits.
Cuff-and-Body Hold: We often recommend mid-to-heavy options (around 340-365gsm) or even a true heavyweight at 440gsm. Heavier fleece resists going baggy at the elbows or soft at the cuffs. Verified Fibre Choices: Sustainability is a real buzzword, but we make sure we don’t greenwash.
