- Proofed logo alignment: We always provide a visual proof before production—nothing goes to print without your approval. Because our proofing process is thorough and uses the specific brandable area for each item (for example, headwear often sits around 120 x 60mm), your logo placement stays consistent across the full run. We ensure the branding method suits the fabric, stopping small details from filling in or colours shifting.
- Clear lead times: Lead time is a really popular question. We stick to clear production windows (often 10-12 working days from artwork approval) to keep you safe. We only use express routes when we know the product line can actually support it. That reduces the risk of blank clothing turning up on launch day and avoids you paying twice for last-minute replacements.
- Consultative branding choices: We take a consultative approach to branding methods. By choosing a method based on the garment fabric and how you’ll use it, the branding holds up to stretch, heat, and washing rather than cracking or puckering. If the material won’t take a clean print, we’ll steer you towards embroidery or a transfer that works better with the cloth.
- Sizes for the whole team: You can’t buy culture, but you can help people feel part of the team. That’s why we prioritise ranges with broad sizing (often XS through 4XL/5XL/6XL/8XL depending on the style). Our Clothing Range
- Stable print tee base: What we would always recommend for a consistent finish is the B&C Men’s Inspire E150 Organic T-Shirt. The 145gsm OCS organic ring-spun combed cotton gives you a consistent surface for a simple 1-colour print. This means mixed sizes and repeat orders look like the same run, avoiding that “thin, twisty” print problem if you are handing them out at events.
- Heavier campaign handle: If you want a product that people are going to use time and time again, we use the Stanley/Stella Unisex Creator 2.0 Iconic T-Shirt. Because it uses 180gsm organic cotton compact yarn, it stops a “premium” tee feeling flimsy once it’s washed. It keeps your print sitting clean long after the campaign is over.
- Hoodie that keeps shape: Hoodies are like a comfort blanket, so quality matters. We picked the Stanley/Stella Unisex Cruiser 2.0 Iconic Hoodie Sweatshirt because the 350gsm organic ringspun combed cotton (with a brushed inside) holds its structure through commuting and repeat washing. If you’ve had hoodies go limp fast in the past, this heavier base avoids that.
- Traceable recycled hoodie: We suggest the Iqoniq Abisko Recycled Cotton Zip-Through Hoodie when you need sustainability evidence you can really point to. The AWARE® blockchain verification and Digital Product Passport give you something solid to use if anyone asks about the credentials of the product.
- Softshell that stays wearable in rain: Useful items for the recipient are key. Our choice of the Result Genuine Recycled Three Layer Printable Softshell Jacket comes down to the three-layer build: an 8000mm waterproof-rated recycled polyester outer with a windproof TPU mid-layer. If your team works outside, this stops the jacket getting left in the van when it rains, while still giving you a great surface for branding.
- Hi-vis that passes checks: We put the Hi Vis Safety Waistcoat forward because EN471 Class 2 compliance with clear UKCA/CE marking is essential. This avoids the common failure of “looks hi-vis” kit getting rejected on site. If you’re branding workwear for real jobs, this allows us to print your logo onto compliant visibility gear that does the job right.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to their efforts, the jacket will now be delivered on Wednesday—a whole day before we need it for filming! This is old-school customer service at its very best.
