We’ll guide you toward embroidery where it makes sense, or flatter-face softshells for crisp printing, ensuring the fabric doesn’t ripple and your brand stands out for the right reasons.
- Top-up order consistency: We stick to lines that offer stable fits and repeatable colours, often with a wide size range (XS-4XL+) and ladies’ fits. We know that as your team grows, you need to be able to add new starters easily without worrying about mismatched shades or sizes.

- All-day event comfort: Our team loves the Clique Classic Softshell Jacket because its 3-layer build (WP 6000 / MVP 1000) and usable pockets are perfect for long days. If your staff are on a stand or managing an event, this keeps them comfortable and ensures your branding looks presentable in photos all day long.
- Flatter print surface: We recommend the Premier Windchecker Recycled Printable Softshell Jacket. The recycled, printable 2-layer softshell with a bonded fleece inner holds a cleaner outer face for branding. If you’re printing logos, this ensures a really crisp finish that lasts.
- Easier fit across teams: We chose the Result Compass Pad Softshell Gilet because a gilet is versatile for layering, and the 160gsm REPREVE® recycled padding keeps the core warm without bulk. It’s a great solution for mixed roles, keeping movement clear for hands-on work.
- Anti-bobble daily fleece: We picked the Uneek Classic Full Zip Fleece Jacket because its 300gsm super anti-pill microfleece and sizing up to 6XL make it a real workhorse. It stays smart for longer, avoiding that tired look that lesser fleeces can get over time.
