This selection stops the usual last-minute worry – ensuring no late boxes, the wrong artwork file, or branding that’s too small to see.

Clear lead times: We only put forward lines with stated 5, 7, and 10 working day production windows, always counted from proof approval. That’s the point the job becomes fixed and schedulable. This keeps your delivery date tied to the moment you sign the proof off, rather than a vague estimate, so you know exactly when your items will land.
Proof before print: We always provide a proof before production because once a run starts, we want to make sure it’s perfect. This step lets you check size, position, and artwork details before anything gets printed, giving you total peace of mind.
Colour to suit your brand: We include both 1-colour and full-colour branding options because some logos stay sharper as a single ink, while others need gradients and detail to really stand out. This allows us to recommend the method that keeps your branding looking its best, avoiding paying for colour you don’t use or flattening artwork that needs it.
Readable branding zones: Our team sticks to products with stated print areas (from 210 x 160mm down to 20mmØ) because we want your logo to be seen. Defined areas let us set the logo size once and keep it consistent across the order, ensuring your brand gets the exposure it deserves.
Fits into the day-to-day: Every item here earns its place by being easy to grab, store, and reuse—useful stationery and admin items with compact dimensions. That means you can drop them into desk drawers, kit bags, and welcome packs without worry, knowing they’ll be used time and time again.
UK recycled baseline: We’ve included a recycled-plastic, UK-made option because it’s really important that we don’t greenwash and that material origin is clear. This gives you a straightforward materials story you can stand behind, rather than relying on vague packaging statements.

Wallet-sized visibility: We chose the Card Magnifier – Full Colour because the credit-card format (85 x 56mm) sits flat in a wallet or badge holder instead of rattling around in a pocket. The 74 x 18mm full-colour print area keeps your branding visible at a glance – a great call to action when you’re handing them out fast.
Fast single-ink repeat: Our decision to include the Card Magnifier – 1 Colour comes from urgent re-stocks where you can’t wait weeks for replacements. The 5-day lead time from artwork approval and the 50 x 18mm 1-colour print area keeps your logo crisp when you’re topping up for another event.
Form-handling board space: We use the PVC A4 Clipboard as a benchmark because small clipboards can force tiny logos that disappear once paperwork covers them. The 210 x 160mm branding area ensures your logo remains readable when you’re running sign-ins, checks, or on-site forms.
Pack-friendly pen set: We picked the Aquarel Felt Tip Pen Set – Full Colour in a compact case size (172 x 61 x 22mm) because bulky kits can get crushed in welcome packs. This case holds its shape so you can post it, pack it, and keep it as a grab-and-go desk item that lands well with the recipient.
Small item, big print face: We included the TPR E4 Eraser – Full Colour because direct mail often fails when the “little extra” can’t take a readable print. The 38 x 34 x 14mm body stays postage-friendly while the 35 x 30mm print face gives you space for branding that really stands out.
Recycled desk holder: We chose the Recycled Wheelie Bin Pen Pot because “made from recycled plastic” and “made in the UK” removes the usual argument about unknown material origin. The front-facing 50 x 30mm branding area keeps your logo in view every time someone reaches for a pen.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule.
