We want your branded merchandise to be perceived as really good quality. Our choices focus on stable cuffs, embroidery-first branding, and clear lead times, so you can order in volume with confidence that your logo will look crisp and the product will be used day-to-day.

Stable cuff panel: We choose turn-up/cuffed knits with a flatter, thicker cuff so your embroidery sits on a stable surface instead of sinking into the rib texture.
Embroidery-first finish: We’ll usually recommend embroidery because the thread moves with the knit when you pull a beanie on and off, which avoids the “stuck on” look you get from prints that can crack or look rough once the hat stretches.
Proofed logo placement: We’ll always provide you with a proof before production, starting with your artwork approval so the stitch-out matches your logo size and placement before we proceed, and so we can flag fine lines or small text that might fill in or sit off-centre.
Clear lead-time control: We quote lead times from proof approval because that’s the point the job can actually enter production, which gives visibility to help you pick a beanie that can be delivered on time without having to swap to a thinner option at the last minute.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service.
