Material directly affects how colour prints (vibrancy and sharpness), how the bag holds weight, and how long it stays in circulation.

Step 2: Select the Size and Format

We default to proven shapes – open shoppers, gusseted shoppers, zipped totes and structured paper gift bags – because they work in real-world scenarios.

Within those formats you can tailor:

Standard sizes that accommodate laptops, A4 brochures or boxed products.
Extended gussets (e.g. 100mm depth) for bulkier contents.
Retail-proportioned gift bags for boxed items or merchandise.
Flat, square panels for QR-led campaigns.

If you need something outside standard dimensions – unusual depth, extra height, landscape orientation, or a specific internal capacity – we can scope fully bespoke sizing when timelines and volumes allow. That includes custom width, height and gusset depth to match exact product dimensions.

The objective is simple: the bag must comfortably carry what you’re distributing without distorting the print area.

Step 3: Decide on Print Technique

Not all print methods behave the same. The right choice depends on artwork complexity, material and required durability.

Screen Printing (1-2 Spot Colours)

Best for bold, high-contrast logos.
Produces strong, opaque colour blocks.
Excellent durability on cotton and canvas.
Cost-effective at volume.

Full-Colour Transfer / Digital Printing

Suitable for gradients, photography and detailed artwork.

Pantone-Matched Spot Printing

If the priority is maximum visibility on a busy show floor, bold 1-colour screen print often wins. If the aim is photographic retail presentation, full-colour print is typically the stronger route.

Step 4: Choose Your Design Placement

Clean print panels are central to how we shortlist products. Once the bag style is confirmed, you can determine placement:

Front Panel Only – The most common option. Acts as a walking billboard.
Front and Back – Doubles exposure in event environments.
Full Wrap (Paper Bags) – Ideal for immersive retail branding.
Lower Panel Placement – More subtle, often used for premium positioning.
Side Gussets – Works well for repeating logos or pattern extensions.
