Traceability right down the line: We prioritise bags with clear certifications like GRS (recycled cotton + rPET blends) and OEKO-TEX certified rPET; it’s really important that we don’t greenwash, so when you sign off on “recycled”, you’ve got the full traceability to back it up if procurement or a customer asks.
Useful sizes for the day-to-day: Our suggestions lean into totes/shoppers and foldables in proper, everyday sizes (around 420 x 380mm, up to 600 x 350 x 120mm); we know that if a bag is too small or flimsy, it gets left behind, and we want this to be a product that stays in rotation for commutes and shopping, rather than heading for the bin.

Just wanted to share some overwhelmingly positive feedback about James and his incredible team. I recently placed a very small, but crucial, order for an embroidered puffa jacket. My original supplier completely let me down, calling late on a Friday afternoon (3:00 PM) to push the committed delivery date from Tuesday to Thursday, which was too late for our filming schedule. In a panic, I called James's team at 3:05 PM that same Friday, honestly expecting a firm "no." However, I was met with unbelievably helpful and flexible service. The team, specifically Rowan and David, were absolutely first class! They went above and beyond, making it seem like nothing was too much trouble.
