Visual proofs for peace of mind: We always provide a visual proof before production, using a defined “printed 1 colour on the front” standard. It’s really important that nothing goes to print without your approval, cutting the risk of a big team order arriving with the logo shifted or set up differently on a reorder.
Clear lead times: Our standard lead time is around 10 Days From Artwork Approval, but we also have a 5 Day Express Delivery option if you’re up against a deadline. This gives you a realistic window for inductions and mobilisations, rather than guessing and ending up with mixed kit on day one.
Consistent brand impact: We use a 200 x 100mm front print area to keep the branding size consistent when you need to place repeat orders. This ensures your brand always looks professional, preventing one batch turning up with a tiny logo and the next with oversized printing.
Zip opens fully: We’ve chosen a full-length zip to give the bag a wide opening, so boots slide in easily without forcing the edges. This helps the product last longer by stopping you from snagging linings, and it prevents dragging dirt across other kit while you load it.
Comfortable padded handle: We specify a padded grab handle because we know footwear gets carried by hand between car parks, lockers, and cabins. This avoids the pressure you get from thin webbing and ensures the product feels like good quality, helping to stop drops that scuff the bag.
Colours to match your brand: We keep multi-coloured availability because not every site team runs the same uniform palette. We work with your brand guidelines to reduce the chance you end up with a bag colour that clashes – we want it to look like part of the team, not an add-on.
Standard options or fully bespoke: Our suggestions stay simple so repeat orders remain consistent and delivery stays predictable. However, if your rollout has stricter uniform rules or you’ve got volume and time, we can take a consultative approach to source bespoke options beyond this starting point.

Full-zip loading: We recommend the Shoe Bag with a full-length zip so muddy boots go in easily without you wrestling them through a tight gap. This ensures the bag closes properly so grime stays off your clean kit – making it genuinely useful for the recipient.
Padded carry grip: Our choice for the Shoe Bag includes a padded handle. Quality matters, and thin handles can cut into your hand when you’re carrying boots across a car park. This makes it easier to grab your kit and move without the slip-and-drop cycle.
